Yes — AI is core to the product, not an add-on. The AI Recruiting Assistant can post jobs, find and rank the best candidates, and execute recruiting tasks from plain-language instructions. AI also powers resume parsing, candidate ranking, and skill matching.

Yes. Casper ATS supports custom branding — your logo, colors, and fonts — across your career page, application forms, and emails. You can run your career page on your own domain (e.g. careers.yourcompany.com) for a fully white-label candidate experience.

Casper ATS offers four plans — Starter (free), SME, Professional, and Enterprise — priced by team size and hiring volume. All paid plans include core ATS functionality, AI assistance, and white-label branding. Annual billing saves 10% versus monthly. Enterprise pricing is custom; contact sales for a quote.

We accept major credit and debit cards via Stripe, our payment processor. All prices are listed in USD.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis — monthly or annually, depending on the option you choose at signup. Your card is charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle. There are no long-term contracts; you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings.

Yes. You can start a free trial with no credit card required. Sign up at app.casperats.com/recruiter/register, or book a demo for a guided walkthrough. The Starter plan itself is free indefinitely for individuals or small teams.

Upgrades take effect immediately, and you're charged the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle; we don't provide partial refunds for the unused value of your current plan during that cycle.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, or by emailing support@skillengine.co.uk. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll keep full access until then. There are no cancellation fees.

Monthly plans: Payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the cycle ends but won't be charged again. Annual plans: Full refund available if you cancel within 14 days of purchase or renewal. After 14 days, annual payments are non-refundable, but you retain access for the rest of the paid term. Free trial / Starter plan: No payment is collected, so no refund applies. Billing errors: If you're charged in error (e.g. duplicate or incorrect charge), contact us within 30 days and we'll investigate and correct it, including a full refund where appropriate. Email support@skillengine.co.uk with your account email and the reason for your request. We review requests within 5 business days, and approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days via Stripe.

No. Refund and cancellation terms for Enterprise customers are set out in the individual service agreement signed with Skill Engine Ltd, which takes precedence over the standard policy.

Yes. Casper ATS uses encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security audits, and is hosted on secure AWS infrastructure.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Casper ATS does not store your card details directly.

Yes. We offer free data migration assistance for teams switching from Workable, Greenhouse, Lever, Zoho Recruit, or other platforms — our team helps import your candidates, jobs, and pipeline data.
